- 10 Grit Variety Pack Box of 50 Dura-Gold Premium 6″ PSA Purple Film Ceramic Sanding Discs. The disc assortment includes 5 each of grits 60, 80, 120, 180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, and 1000. High-performance film-backed sanding discs have a peel-off backing layer that protects the disc’s PSA pressure-sensitive adhesive from getting contaminated. The sticky adhesive backing enables the discs to be securely attached to dual-action and random orbital sanders with 6″ PSA backing plates.
- Exceptional Sanding Performance: These ceramic film-backed abrasive discs cut much faster and last three times longer than traditional abrasives. Superior-quality resin-bonded sanding discs with a specially treated hard ceramic grain fused with zirconia alumina. The aligned ceramic grains enable a very fast cutting speed and deliver a super-sharp cut with a consistent scratch pattern. The tough ceramic grain wears down and fractures continuously, generating new, extra-sharp cutting edges.
- Improves Productivity: The premium discs are highly resistant to clogging and loading, increasing productivity and reducing material consumption. The precision-shaped grains require less pressure, reducing technician fatigue while also running cooler to improve the overall quality of your work. (more…)
