What’s included:
- Fineline Crackle 2 step crackle system, 50 ml each;
- Antique Paste, Umbre 20 ml;
- Clear Gloss Varnish, Solvent-Based 50 ml
How to Use:
The star of the kit is our Fineline Crackle in 50 ml size, a two-step crackle system that creates stunning crackle effects on any surface. Apply step 1 and let it dry fully, then apply step 2 and let it dry overnight. The result is a beautiful, fine-line crackle effect that adds depth and texture to any project.
To highlight the crackle effect, the kit includes our Gold Antique Paste in a convenient 20 ml size. Use the paste to show off the cracks, and then wipe away any excess with a soft cloth. The result is a beautiful antique finish that brings out the texture and detail of the crackle.The depth and the network of the cracks depends on the thickness of the layer and on the technique of the application. The layer will dry transparent and waterproof.
Finally, our Clear Solvent Based Varnish in a 50 ml size is included to seal and protect your finished piece. Be sure to use this varnish, as it is specifically designed to work with our Fineline Crackle system. Do not use a water-based varnish over the crackle, as it may interfere with the crackle effect.
