Evercoat Feather Fill G 2 (SKU FIB.711.GL) is a high-build polyester primer-surfacers formulated for repairing and rebuilding body panels where extensive fill is required. It is supplied in a 1-gal round can with a buff finish, making it suitable for large surface repairs before topcoat application.
The formulation adheres to fiberglass, polyester, existing primers, SMC, and wood substrates, providing uniform coverage and excellent sandability. Due to its classification as acute toxic, carcinogenic, flammable, and an oxidizer, proper personal protective equipment is mandatory: wear eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas.
